Miso-Ginger Tofu with Ginger Snow Pea Salad

I made this recipe last weekend with chicken it was fabulous. Today, I made swapped out the chicken for tofu. It was delicious!


The only difference was I pan fried the tofu and brushed the marinade on the tofu. So yummy! My kids loved it. I served it up with some sushi rice, topped with some marinade cucumber. :)
